 Hunt riders present themselves at the EQUITANA 2001 Show drag hunting and hunting signals They are one of the many groups in the DRFV(German Riders and Drivers Association) but a very active group. In hall 10 at EQUITANA 2001, the hunt riding group will have its own stand with something on every day: windplayers will perform traditional hunting signals, interviews with experts will give listeners an insight into hunt riding. And in the small ring in halls 10/11 also, you can breathe in the hunt atmosphere every day when the huntsmen demonstrate footwork with the hounds. On Thursday, 8th March there will be show drag hunting with 80 dogs from the Warendorf pack to be seen in the large ring (hall 6). Also present will be the Sauerland hounds, the Rhine Westphalian drag hunt association, the Cappenberg hounds and the Geiseltal hounds with one or two packs. The Franken pack, die Lipperländer and the Hesse pack will present themselves without hounds to the fair visitors. The hunt riding team also invites all who are interested to the large stand-party starting at 6 p.m. on the 8th March.
