Think you know a lot about horses?

If you do, then you can win a FREE online horse course from Success University.

Log onto www.donblazer.com and take the Horse Smart Quiz. If you score as high as 90 per cent, you’ll win the online course How to Choose Bits and Determine Good Shoeing, a $75 value. The course is part of the nine courses required to earn a Professional Designation in Horse Training from Austin Education Center. A Certificate of Recognition is issued for each of the courses successfully completed.

The quiz has 25 questions covering subjects from nutrition to training exercises. Over the past three years, thousands of horse owners have taken the quiz and 5 per cent have scored in the 90 per cent or plus range. “Unfortunately,” says Don Blazer, author and trainer, “there is a lot of incorrect information passed from one horse owner to another.

“The lack of accurate information may well be the result of the fact there is no licensing of horse trainers, nor any educational standards established to measure professionalism,” Blazer said. He points out that there are nearly 200 college and university equine science programs in the U.S., but their enrollments only average about 250 students per year.

Winners of the Horse Smart Quiz will be given a FREE start on the path to earning the professional credentials they need to succeed the in the horse industry. Courses in the Professional Designation program are taught by instructors with proven records of success in their fields.
