On-Line Petition An online petition to save our bridleways and keep death off the roads More fatalities of horse and rider occurred last year than any other year, and the numbers are rising. We are campaigning to open up all bridleways, keep, maintain and use existing bridleways regularly to ensure safe off road riding. The petition also campaigns to open old, overgrown bridleways and forge a network throughout the country for safe off road riding. Traffic and horses don't mix. No matter how safe your horse is it will not survive being rammed from behind by a speeding car. Flesh and blood loses every time to metal machine.
