London Marathon Runner raises £1,300 for Horse Welfare Charity

Thanks to the efforts of Cornish supporter, Carol Dunster, the ILPH (International League for the Protection of Horses) is £1,300 better off.

Carol, from Bugle, the first Cornish person to provide a loan home for a horse rescued by the ILPH, completed her gruelling run in the London Marathon in just over five hours and 22 minutes.

Jeff Herrington, ILPH Field Officer in the South West comments, "I would like to give a big thanks to Carol and her supporters who have raised much needed
funds for the ILPH.

"It's thanks to the generosity of such loyal supporters that the ILPH is able to carry out the work that they do for the welfare of equines worldwide."
