The Hilton Herbs New Forest Heavy Horse Relay : "The Beer Run"

The second Hilton Herbs New Forest Heavy horse Relay event will take place over three days in July.

Based at Harbridge Farm, Near Ringwood, Hants there will be six teams made up of seven heavy horses that will compete as three pairs and a single.

The competition opens on Friday 16th July at Harbridge Farm, with a driven skills test and a timber handling competition. Spectators are welcome at Harbridge Farm on the Friday and Saturday.

Sunday 18th July is the Relay around the New Forest, covering some of the most beautiful countryside in the area. Each relay vehicle will carry a beer barrel which must travel the whole route.
