international dressage judge and trainer, Francis Verbeek will be
holding a dressage clinic at Waresley Park Stud on 16-18th March.
Francis has judged pure dressage at the World Cup Finals, World
Championships and the will be judging at the Olympics in Athens.
She is former European Bronze medal winner and has been Dutch champion
several times. She has also been involved in training the Dutch
eventing squad and is therefore able to wear an 'eventer's hat'.
She has held a number of dressage clinics at Waresley Park Stud
over previous years and therefore returns by popular demand!
Dutch show jumping rider and trainer Albert Voorn will also be visiting
Waresley Park Stud to hold showjumping training sessions on 5th
- 6th April. Albert has been showjumping champion of Holland twice
and has had wins in both the World Cup and Nations Cup, and was
silver medallist at the Sydney Olympics. Albert is best known as
a rider and trainer of difficult or problem horses.
sessions cost £35 for PERA members, £65 for non members.
Park will also be 'open' to visitors to spend the day and watch
the clinics, which promise to be very informative. You do not need
to be a PERA member, tickets for the day are £15.
