Elastorein Rein-Aid Reins
Rein-Aid Productions has produced a continuous rein suitable for competition that assists the rider in maintaining an elastic connection with the horse’s mouth. 1” of elastic is sewn into the rein and supported by a leather loop that prevents the elastic from overstretching.
Elasto-Rein® not only allows the horse to ‘forgive’ mistakes made by the rider, it actually helps the rider feel and maintain the desired elastic contact. Ideal for horses that are tense or inconsistent in their frame, the elastic contact improves the horse’s relaxation, roundness and trust in the rider.

29th August 2001 Equi-Stim Leg Saver - An Alternative Therapy Used For The Quick Repair Of The Injured Horse
The father of the LEG SAVER is Gary G. DesRoches. I am a 62-year-old Canadian horse veteran with 47 years experience in the thoroughbred industry. Born and raised on the West Coast of Canada I have been able to be working year around in the industry. I have been involved in every aspect of the racing industry.
In 1995 we purchased a yearling in the fall sale, which started to bow his tendon while in training the following summer. We did all the right things for the following year, with the problem getting worse.
The need for a remedy for a severely bowed tendon spawned the search for a cure. A tens machine was the first product I tried with very limited success. Laser, ultra sound, and many others were tried but with mild short-term results.

Minikus and Oh Star also won the $50,000 Rio Vista Grand Prix at HITS Culpeper on July 8, adding to his string of eight major Grand Prix wins in the past nine weeks. "I'm extremely fortunate to be riding two horses as talented as Oh Star and What Nu," he said. "They're both very competent horses. For whatever reason, the stars must be lined up right.
