$50,000 Fidelity Investments AGA Grand Prix To Be Televised October 4th on CN8

South Hamilton, MA--September 12, 2003--The 2003 $50,000 Fidelity Investments AGA Grand Prix, which was held September 7th at the Myopia Schooling Fields in South Hamilton, Mass., will be televised exclusively on CN8, The Comcast Network, Saturday, October 4th, from 12:30-1:30 PM/ET.

CN8, The Comcast Network, reaches 6.2 million homes in eight states from Maine to Maryland. The coverage area includes viewers in Boston, Providence, Springfield, Hartford/New Haven, New York, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Baltimore.

The CN8 Sports team in New England provides a wide variety of coverage of professional, collegiate, and high school athletics. On weeknights at 10:00 PM/ET, CN8 airs “Sports Pulse,” a live, one-hour program devoted to the New England sports scene, followed by the network’s Emmy Award-winning “Lou Tilley’s Sports Connection” at 11:00 PM-12:00 AM/ET, Monday through Thursday.

Canadian Rider Ainsley Vince rode off with the top check in the $50,000 Fidelity Investments Grand Prix that included many local New England riders who will be featured in the broadcast. The Grand Prix was the climax of the 14th Annual Fidelity Jumper Classic, which took place September 3-7. Amateur rider Jeff Papows and amateur rider and freelance writer covering the show jumping circuit, Kim Ablon Whitney, both served as color analysts for the broadcast.
