Olympia International Show Jumping Championships

BBC Grandstand to be presented live from Olympia

The BBC is celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Olympia International Show Jumping Championships, the country’s most successful horse show, by announcing that it will be presenting Grandstand live from Olympia, for the first time ever. Claire Balding will present Grandstand live from the show on Sunday 22nd December when the coverage will include the new ‘Double Your Money’ class.

In addition to the Grandstand programme on the Sunday, the BBC will televise the World Cup Qualifier on Saturday 21st December and will also broadcast the traditional highlights programme. The show’s proximity to Christmas means that the scheduling for the highlights programme has yet to be confirmed.

Friday, 21st December 21.05-22.00 GMT The Accenture Puissance
Saturday, 22nd December 19.20-20..00 and 20.00-21.00 GMT The Knock Out followed by delayed World Cup Qualifier

Sunday, 23rd December 21.30-23.00 GMT The Grand Prix

There will be ten performances at Olympia from Wednesday 19th December – Sunday 23rd December.
